Audit(AuditEventType,Boolean,String) Method

Writes an event to the audit log using the specified parameters.

Syntax

public static void Audit( 
   AuditEventType eventType,
   bool successful,
   string comment
)

Parameters

eventType: The type of the audit event
successful: Indicates whether the event was successful
comment: A brief explanation of the event

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
